Who we are
Raskelf Rare Breeds is a small working farm owned by Lyn Arrowsmith. This website is operated to share information about the farm, our rare and native breeds, the produce and services we offer, and how to get in touch.

We only collect personal data when you choose to contact us. This is typically limited to your name, email address, phone number and the message you send. We do not operate user accounts, newsletter sign-ups or online payment forms on this site.

Under UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest when you contact us, so that we can respond to your enquiry and arrange services such as meat orders, breeding stock, farm visits or film and TV hire. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond the reason you contacted us.
How we use and store your data
Messages are sent directly to us by email. We do not store your details in a separate database or share them with any third party unless required to do so by law. We keep emails for as long as necessary to fulfil your request and for any follow-up, then securely delete them.
Cookies and analytics

Our cookie banner groups cookies into four categories: Strictly necessary (always on — required for core website functionality and security); Analytics and performance (Google Analytics, which gives us anonymous statistics about how the site is used); Marketing and advertising (used to measure campaigns and show relevant adverts elsewhere); and Functional or personalization (remembers preferences such as saved filters).
